The anti-overcoiling and over-discharge buffer device consists of three parts: above-ground anti-overcoiling device, above-ground tank support device and underground anti-over-discharge device. When the lifting container is over rolled or over discharged, the buffer device can smoothly stop the container or full speed over rolled counterweight. And ensure that it will not slide backward.

2. Adjustable variable force type, braking force can be gradually increased to the rated value from sixteen percent of the rated force within 500mm from the start of braking, and it can ensure the full engagement of the occupants when over-reeling and over-releasing at full speed.

3. According to the corresponding lifting parameters of the mine, the buffer braking force is calibrated through 1:1 test. The braking force is large, stable and reliable, and can withstand high-speed impact.

4. The anti-over-rolling and over-releasing buffer device can be reused, with simple recovery and low maintenance.
