In the electronically controlled hydraulic station system appears insufficient oil supply failure, should be identified as soon as possible to repair the faulty parts. In the electronically controlled hydraulic station system, the workpiece mechanism movement is not stable, manifested as gradual deceleration, sudden acceleration, jumping and other phenomena, the cause may be poor lubrication, frictional resistance increases, this time should improve lubrication conditions, remove the dirt; it may also be the pump suction air, air into the system caused by this time should be to check the oil level, the oil level should not be too low, check whether the seal is intact. If the pressure fluctuation is large or the system pressure is too small, not enough to overcome the external resistance, you should check whether the adjustment value of the relief valve meets the requirements, otherwise it should be adjusted. For example, it happens that impurities in the oil build up on the walls of the throttle channel, or leakage inside and outside the throttle valve causes instability. In this case the throttle should be checked and cleaned or repaired.
Insufficient traction faults. Low pressure in the main oil circuit is the main cause of too little traction in electronically controlled hydraulic station systems. Should check whether the oil leakage, if the oil leakage, tighten the joint head, replace the seal or pipeline; the main pump or motor leakage is too much, you can replace the motor or the main pump; if the oil temperature is too high caused by poor cooling, you can adjust the amount of cooling water and water pressure, so that it reaches the rated value; if the safety valve adjustment value is low, you can re-adjust it; if insufficient replenishment of the oil, it may be that the sub-pump leakage is too much, and it is necessary to replace the sub-pump with a new one.
Noise problems. If the failure is due to mechanical system vibration, should check the screws and couplings; also check the air inlet, air pockets, should check the oil level and sealing device and exhaust; if there is air in the pump body, should be excluded from the pump; if the oil flow produces a vortex, should reduce the bending of the flow path and the cross-section changes. If the oil level is too low, consider the suction pipe clogging or excessive resistance, etc., should be added according to the regulations of sufficient oil, dredge the oil inlet pipe, clean the oil filter, tighten the oil inlet section connection screws. If the viscosity of the oil is large, the appropriate oil type should be selected; pump and motor are not concentric, should be readjusted to make it concentric.
